Role & responsibilities:

Zoho Application Development

Develop, customize, and implement solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.

Build custom modules, layouts, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.

Design and implement custom business logic using Zohos automation tools.

Integration & API Development

Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Twilio, payment gateways, Google Workspace).

Develop and maintain Zoho APIs and webhooks for seamless data exchange.

Customization & Workflow Automation

Design and implement Blueprints, approval processes, and custom workflows.

Automate tasks using Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Reports.

Optimize and enhance the performance of existing Zoho applications.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain data integrity, create dashboards, and generate insightful reports.

Develop custom reports and analytics using Zoho Analytics.

Troubleshooting & Support

Debug and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.

Provide technical support and documentation for internal teams.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

Experience:

4-5 years of experience as a Zoho Developer.
Zoho Certified Developer (Preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in JavaScript,
Knowledge of CRM implementation

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One application.
Proficiency in custom workflow automation, Blueprints, and reports.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
