Job Description

Responsibilities - Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of conventional, SPM, and CNC machines . Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety norms , IE rules , and local authority regulations . Implement and maintain standards in line with ISO , EMS , OHSAS , 5S , and TPM guidelines. Develop and maintain a 52-week Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) tailored to site requirements. Supervise and lead the site maintenance team, ensuring effective task delegation and guidance. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure documentation is up to date for audits and inspections. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and client satisfaction. Use PC tools and applications for report generation and internal/external communication. What are we looking for? - Skills- Experience in Plant maintenance and utility maintenance In-depth knowledge of machine maintenance systems and electrical safety. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and other reporting tools. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. High level of patience, perseverance, and attention to detail. Ability to handle on-site challenges and maintain professional conduct.
