Work Experience:

3 to 5 years experience in Project Management

Qualification:

M. Pharm/ MBA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities for executing project management activity
• Contribute to defining project scope, goals and deliverables for implementations.
• Develop project plans and track progress throughout the project life cycle
• Coordinate project activities with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, issues and risks, and escalation to leadership as appropriate.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including internal business partners on an ongoing basis to manage expectations surrounding project scope, deliverables, resources, schedule and cost.
• Establish and maintain effective communications with team members, stakeholders and senior management through routine status reports and meetings.
• Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the project.
• Manage the day to day relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Identify opportunities for, and contribute to, project management process improvements.
• Good written and communication skills and strong team player.

Skills:

• Experience in US, EU, ROW market
• Basic understanding of formulation and regulatory aspects
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required
