• Development and Customization:Designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho platforms.
• Integration:Integrating Zoho applications with other systems and third-party platforms using APIs and webhooks.
• Workflow Automation:Creating and managing workflows, automations, and custom functions within Zoho to streamline business processes.
• Data Management:Handling data migrations, synchronization, and management across Zoho and other platforms.
• Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving technical issues within Zoho applications and integrations.
• Documentation:Creating and maintaining documentation for Zoho solutions, configurations, and updates.
• Collaboration:Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Training and Support:Providing technical support and training to end-users on Zoho applications and workflows.
• Innovation:Continuously improving the performance and usability of existing Zoho systems and exploring new Zoho products and features.
