Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns across various objectives (lead gen, conversions, engagement, traffic, etc.). Monitor campaign performance and optimize regularly for maximum ROI and lower CPA. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements. Generate performance reports and derive actionable insights. Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to ensure high-performing creatives. Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads platform changes and best practices. Key Skills & Requirements: 24 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with demonstrated results. Strong understanding of campaign setup, pixel tracking, audience segmentation, and retargeting. Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Business Suite. Working knowledge of Google Ads is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and derive insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
