Zoho Developer

• Oversee the implementation, customization, and daily management of Zoho applications, with a focus on Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Analytics, SalesIQ, and Desk.
  
• Manage the full project and software development lifecyclecovering requirement gathering, system design, user testing, training support, rollout, and ongoing assistance.
  
• Analyze business needs and internal processes to tailor and configure Zoho modules accordingly; coordinate with the Zoho support team to resolve technical issues.
  
• Collaborate with in-house developers to address challenges in lead capture from web forms to CRM, using third-party APIs or custom coding as needed; handle troubleshooting of day-to-day CRM functions including leads, opportunities, contacts, and accounts.
  
• Conduct testing of updates and solutions in sandbox environments before deployment; verify bug fixes and enhancements prior to production release.

  Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

University graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in all Zoho applications (including Zoho One).
