Requirements NexGenTek is seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to design, build, customize, and optimize applications across the Zoho ecosystem. The role focuses on automating business processes, integrating Zoho applications, and delivering scalable solutions that support operations across HR, sales, finance, recruitment, and IT.
The position requires strong hands on experience with Deluge scripting, Zoho One modules, and system integrations, along with a process driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Application Development and Customization
Design customize and maintain applications across Zoho CRM Zoho People Zoho Recruit Zoho Books Zoho Creator and Zoho Desk
Develop custom workflows blueprints and business rules using Deluge
Customize layouts modules fields and validation logic based on business requirements
Optimize performance and scalability of Zoho applications
Automation and Workflow Management
Build end to end automation for lead management recruitment onboarding HR lifecycle and finance processes
Implement approval workflows alerts escalations and SLA driven triggers
Create custom functions to eliminate manual operations
Support cross module automation within Zoho One
Integration and Data Management
Integrate Zoho applications with third party tools using APIs and webhooks
Manage integrations with email telephony document management and payroll systems
Handle data migration cleansing and synchronization across systems
Ensure data integrity and role based access controls
Reporting Dashboards and Analytics
Create reports dashboards and analytics for leadership and operational teams
Build KPI driven MIS reports across departments
Support audit and compliance reporting requirements
Support Maintenance and Optimization
Provide ongoing support bug fixes and enhancements for Zoho applications
Troubleshoot issues related to workflows integrations and data flows
Collaborate with functional teams to understand evolving requirements
Maintain technical documentation SOPs and solution designs
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Professional Experience
3 to 5 years of hands on experience as a Zoho Developer or Zoho Consultant
Experience working with Zoho One implementations preferred
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs
Hands on experience with Zoho CRM Zoho People Zoho Recruit Zoho Creator Zoho Books and Zoho Desk
Experience with Zoho Flow and third party integrations
Strong understanding of workflows blueprints approval processes and automation
Experience in data migration and role based access configuration
