Oversee the implementation, customization, and daily management of Zoho applications, with a focus on Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Analytics, SalesIQ, and Desk. Manage the full project and software development lifecyclecovering requirement gathering, system design, user testing, training support, rollout, and ongoing assistance. Analyze business needs and internal processes to tailor and configure Zoho modules accordingly; coordinate with the Zoho support team to resolve technical issues. Collaborate with in-house developers to address challenges in lead capture from web forms to CRM, using third-party APIs or custom coding as needed; handle troubleshooting of day-to-day CRM functions including leads, opportunities, contacts, and accounts. Conduct testing of updates and solutions in sandbox environments before deployment; verify bug fixes and enhancements prior to production release. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile University graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent. • 3-5 years of experience in all Zoho applications (including Zoho One).
