Job Title: Zoho Developer Experience: 3–5 Years Position: 1 Deployment: Immediate Contract Duration: 3 Months Work Type: Contractual Location: Remote About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Zoho Developer with strong experience in Zoho One Suite , particularly across CRM, Billing, Books, Forms , and Campaigns . The ideal candidate will bring solid programming expertise in Deluge scripting , front-end technologies , and deep knowledge of Zoho's ecosystem to build and customize business solutions that meet organizational goals. This is a short-term engagement with immediate deployment, ideal for candidates with strong Zoho product knowledge and a background in managing franchise-based implementations. Key Responsibilities Configure and enhance core Zoho modules including CRM, Books, Billing, Forms, and Campaigns. Develop custom features and workflows using Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to map business requirements to Zoho product features. Create dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports across Zoho applications like CRM, Desk, Projects, Analytics, etc. Configure CRM Workflows, Blueprints, Widgets, and custom connectors to support integration needs. Work on the frontend development aspects using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and Zoho's UI components. Support in the setup, automation, and running of Zoho Campaigns as guided by the marketing team. Ensure code quality, solution performance, and delivery within project timelines. Participate in project meetings, provide documentation, and maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams. Assist in application testing based on business use cases and test scenarios. Requirements Technical Skills: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho One Suite (especially CRM, Campaigns, Books, and Billing). Proficient in Deluge Scripting and Zoho custom functions. Experience in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, SQL queries. Strong understanding of Zoho CRM configuration including modules, layouts, fields, workflows, automation, and integrations. Proven ability to configure and implement tools like Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, etc. Good understanding of database concepts and data modeling. Business & Functional Skills Understanding of core business processes, especially around sales, invoicing, customer service, and marketing automation. Experience working with Zoho franchisees or franchise-based implementations (Mandatory). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver within a short timeframe while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills for collaborating with international teams (e.g., ICA team or Dr. Brian's team). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.E., MCA, BCA). Prior experience in Zoho Campaign configuration and automation.
