Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant / Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Duration: 3–6 Months Working Hours: 8 hours/day – Flexible Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant or Developer to execute a critical Proof of Concept (PoC) engagement focused on enhancing the procure-to-pay (P2P) processes for a prominent client in the hospitality industry. This is a high-impact, short-term contract (with a possibility of extension), ideally suited for a hands-on expert who thrives in agile, outcome-driven environments. In this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering a customized F&O solution that streamlines procurement, improves approval workflows, and significantly reduces transaction time and operational costs. You must bring both strong technical expertise and functional domain knowledge in Dynamics 365 F&O modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management. Prior experience in hospitality-related projects is mandatory , as the solution must be aligned with industry-specific workflows and operational nuances. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of a 1-month PoC aimed at improving the client’s P2P lifecycle using Dynamics 365 F&O. Analyze existing procurement workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Build or configure custom enhancements to support client-specific procurement and inventory processes. Design automated workflows for PR/PO approvals, vendor selection, and PO generation using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps. Ensure seamless integration between Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory modules. Configure and recommend industry-specific features, including: Preferred vendor automation Purchase requisition (PR) templates Auto-generation of purchase orders (POs) Prepare functional and technical documentation for enhancements and workflows delivered. Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate requirements, conduct user training, and obtain feedback. Offer guidance on future-state architecture and scalability for potential post-PoC implementation phases. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Strong proficiency in Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory modules. At least one completed project in the hospitality industry involving D365 F&O. Proven experience designing functional flows and implementing customizations or extensions in F&O. Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps. Ability to work independently, manage deliverables, and meet tight deadlines within a short-term engagement. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automating complex P2P workflows for clients in hospitality or similar high-transaction environments. Familiarity with integration of F&O with third-party procurement or supplier management platforms. Understanding of data governance, audit trails, and security roles within F&O. Capability to provide architectural recommendations for future scalability and extensibility. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexible and adaptable to dynamic project requirements.
