We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer & Implementation Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage the development, customization, and implementation of Zoho applications. The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring Zoho apps, developing custom functions, integrating systems, and ensuring smooth adoption of Zoho solutions across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, customize, and support Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.).
• Design and develop custom functions, scripts, and workflows using Deluge scripting.
• Gather requirements from internal teams/clients and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
• Configure automation, reports, dashboards, blueprints, and approvals in Zoho apps.
• Handle data migration, integration with third-party applications, and API-based solutions.
• Provide training and support to users for smooth adoption of Zoho applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Zoho support when needed.
• Stay updated with Zoho’s latest features, tools, and industry best practices to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho app development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit and related Zoho applications.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API integrations.
• Good understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams in Chennai.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho Certified Developer/Administrator.
• Experience with database management and reporting tools.
• Prior experience in end-to-end Zoho project implementation.

Pay: ₹12,623.55 - ₹59,987.33 per month
