In this role as a skilled Zoho Developer, you will be entrusted with owning the entire Zoho ecosystem of the company. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around automating business processes and serving as the internal expert. You will play a crucial role in designing and constructing custom solutions, predominantly utilizing Zoho Creator, CRM, and Books. Furthermore, part of your duties will include supervising the activities of external Zoho agencies to ensure quality and alignment with the organization's objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy custom applications in Zoho Creator - Write complex Deluge scripts to automate workflows across the Zoho suite - Manage the administration and customization of Zoho CRM, encompassing modules, blueprints, and workflows - Handle API integrations between Zoho and other platforms - Serve as the technical point of contact for external Zoho agencies - Address issues, provide support to internal users, and consistently pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement through automation Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of direct experience as a Zoho Developer - 4-8 years of experience in managing technical/automation projects - Proficiency in Deluge scripting and extensive knowledge in Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM - Demonstrated capability in crafting custom solutions and overseeing intricate integrations using Zoho APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow - Possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the capacity to handle projects autonomously - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners - Bonus points for Zoho Certifications and familiarity with Zoho Analytics/Books,
