Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the Ezeehealth platform, highlighting its benefits and features. Address partner inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Provide ongoing support and training to hospital staff to ensure successful platform utilization.

Zoho Developer (healthcare integration) Design and customize Zoho CRM, Creator, and other Zoho apps to support healthcare workflows. Develop Deluge scripts, custom functions, and webhooks for automation. Integrate Zoho apps with hospital calendars, appointment booking systems, hospital management systems (HMS), EMR/EHR platforms etc. Develop and manage API-based integrations to synchronize data across Zoho and external healthcare applications. Ensure smooth two-way data flow between Zoho CRM and external systems (appointments, patient records, billing, etc.). Work with Zoho Flow, custom APIs, and middleware tools for scalable integrations.
