Tech Stack

WordPress + Elementor (Pro), Hostinger (LiteSpeed), GA4 + GTM, UTM-based performance tracking, Microsoft Clarity, and landing pages for paid campaigns.

The Mission

Stabilize our website and then be our go-to expert for rapid fixes, small improvements, and proactive hardening.

Initial Scope (Stabilization Project)

Audit & Fix critical issues:

• Forms disappearing/failing: ensure

  100% reliable submissions

  (DB + email + webhook), spam protection, SMTP, and alerting.

• UTM preservation

  : ensure all buttons/links/forms retain UTM parameters; hidden fields captured in submissions & analytics.
• UI bugs: navbar, disappearing elements, caching/CDN conflicts, mobile responsiveness.

Observability & Safety

• Staging environment + one-click rollback.
• Daily offsite backups + restore test.
• Uptime & form-health monitoring + error logging (PHP/JS).
• Release checklist for safe updates.

Analytics & Behavior Tracking

• Ensure GA4, GTM, and

  Microsoft Clarity

  are properly integrated and firing on all pages.
• Verify Clarity sessions record all key templates (landing pages, forms, thank-you pages).
• Manage script placement and loading order to avoid duplication or conflicts with caching/minification.
• Validate GA4 and Clarity are not overlapping or breaking attribution.
• Maintain accurate event tracking for CTAs, form submissions, and UTM consistency across pages.

Ongoing (Retainer)

• Break/fix with SLAs, landing page tweaks, performance & security upkeep, plugin updates, and tracking QA before/after campaigns.

Must-Have Skills

• Deep WordPress +

  Elementor

  expertise (no guesswork).
• Strong PHP, JS, and CSS; can debug and write snippets when Elementor can’t handle something.
• Hostinger/LiteSpeed experience: cache rules, UTM exclusions, performance tuning.

• Forms reliability

  (Elementor / Fluent / Gravity Forms), SMTP setup, spam control, webhooks/Zapier/Make.

• Attribution & analytics

  : GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, UTM tracking, consent modes.
• Debugging mindset: plugin conflicts, console/network errors, PHP logs.
• Basic SEO readiness

Nice-to-Have

• Web Vitals optimization, security hardening, Git familiarity.

Deliverables (first 30 days)

1. Full audit report with prioritized fixes.
2. Fixed: forms, UTM persistence, navbar/disappearing elements.
3. GA4, GTM, and Clarity tested and working.
4. One-page runbook (how we deploy, back up, test forms, and roll back).

SLA Expectations (retainer)

• Critical issues

  (forms or tracking down): acknowledge within 2 hrs (IST 9am–9pm); fix or rollback within 8 hrs.

• High priority

  (conversion-related layout bugs): within 24 hrs.

• Normal tasks:

  within 2–3 business days.
