Were Hiring Gulf Recruitment Executive - Kolkata

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gulf Recruitment Executive to handle end-to-end overseas recruitment processes for leading clients across the Gulf region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait). The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge of technical and non-technical roles within Oil & Gas, Construction, Electrical/Mechanical, and Automobile sectors, along with proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and mobilizing candidates.

• Manage end-to-end Gulf recruitment cycle from understanding client requirements to final candidate deployment.
  

• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
  

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and visa/travel readiness.
  

• Coordinate with clients for CV approvals, interviews, and selection updates.
  

• Handle document collection, visa processing, medicals, and travel arrangements for selected candidates.
  

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and reports.
  

• Develop a strong candidate database for Oil & Gas, Construction, Electrical/Mechanical, and Automobile roles.
  

• Ensure compliance with Gulf country labor laws and visa procedures.
  

• Liaise with international partners and deployment agencies for smooth operations.
  

• Strong experience in Gulf / Overseas recruitment (minimum 2 5 years preferred).
  

• Familiarity with technical roles (engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, drivers, etc.).
  

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  

• Proficiency in using MS Excel, job portals (Naukri, GulfTalent, etc.), and CRM tools.
  

• Strong understanding of Gulf visa documentation and mobilization process.
  

• Ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
  

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
  

• Experience in International Recruitment / Overseas Consultancy (preferably for Gulf projects).
  

• Candidates with prior experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, Mechanical/Electrical, or Automobile recruitment.
  

• Knowledge of Arabic (basic) is an added advantage.
