Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment in the warehouse, especially during forklift and material handling operations.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics including Goods Receipt, material segregation, and dispatch planning.
Ensure accurate inventory management through FIFO method and timely dispatches to customers.
Handle spare parts warehouse operations including proper labeling, storage, and issue control.
Coordinate with production and other related departments to meet material requirements on time.
Prepare and verify invoices including rate, quantity, GST rate, TCS/TDS applicability, and ensure timely bill processing.
Maintain warehouse MIS reports, stock records, and documentation for audits.
Responsible for people management across shifts including attendance, shift allocation, and productivity monitoring.
Ensure discipline, housekeeping, and 5S standards are followed across warehouse areas.
Monitor vehicle loading/unloading, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely movement of materials.
Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
Flexible with work timing and shift operations.

Skills Qualifications

Minimum Graduate with 60% marks from a reputed university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
Good communication skills, Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken, written, and listening).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), emails, and report preparation.
Strong knowledge of SAP or ERP system (preferred but not mandatory).
