Warehouse Supervisor

1. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
• Manage picking, packing, labeling, and loading of export shipments.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO stock management and accurate inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
• Ensure goods are dispatched as per export schedules and quality standards.

2. Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Update inventory records.
• Minimize stock discrepancies and report variances promptly.

3. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to export compliance, packaging norms, and labeling requirements.
• Implement safety protocols and supervise handling of goods.
• Maintain records as per audit and compliance requirements.

4. Team Management

• Supervise and train warehouse staff and helpers.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and manage attendance.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (export background preferred).
• Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• On-time dispatch rate
• Inventory accuracy (%)
• Space utilization efficiency
• Order processing time
• Safety compliance record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising: 3 years (Preferred)
