Salary: Up to 60,000 - 70,000 INR/ Month.

BuyAnyFlowers.com is a leading floral and gift trading company in the UAE, delivering smiles through flowers, personalized gifts, and premium services. We are rapidly expanding and seeking a highly skilled Inventory Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory control systems to manage over 5,000 SKUs.
• Ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand across all departments and distribution channels.
• Record, monitor, and reconcile daily shipments and deliveries.
• Use ERP/Inventory software to track stock movements, forecasts, and reorders.
• Perform regular stock audits and generate detailed inventory reports.
• Analyze data to predict future inventory needs and prevent stock shortages or excess.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
• Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and operations teams.
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse/inventory staff.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management within a same industry.
• Experience in managing high-volume inventory (5,000+ SKUs).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, WMS, or similar software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications like CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Familiarity with UAE import/export and warehouse regulations is a plus.
