Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating all warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching. - Leading, training, and managing a team of warehouse executives to ensure optimal productivity and performance. - Maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. - Ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipment accuracy. - Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Monitoring and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. - Troubleshooting issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, or team performance. - Collaborating with purchase, logistics, and other internal departments to support seamless operations. - Assisting in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: - Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role. - Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
