Role Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive business growth for our SaaS-based product. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings & product demos.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Report daily sales activities and market insights.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
- Experience: Freshers to 2 years (B2B/B2C sales preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with daily travel & field activities.

Role Summary
We’re seeking a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our footprint in the IT services market. You will focus on lead generation, client engagement, and business opportunities in staff augmentation and software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads via LinkedIn, email, and online platforms.
- Conduct targeted outreach and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
- Generate opportunities for staff augmentation and IT services.
- Support marketing campaigns, proposals, and bidding on platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Maintain accurate lead/pipeline data in CRM.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Must Experience: 1–5 years in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (IT industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IT services, SaaS, and staff augmentation models.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns & lead generation tools.
- Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proposal drafting, research & negotiation abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, Middle East).
- Understanding of software development lifecycles & outsourcing models.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
