VP - Identity Access Management (IAM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The IGA/IAC development function is responsible to support the in-house IAC (Identity & Access Control) IGA platform in the firm.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the in-house IGA platform ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Ensure seamless integration of the IGA platform with enterprise systems, SaaS applications, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategy, roadmaps, and standards aligned with

business goals.

• Oversee and enforce the implementation of access management controls, workflows, and

certifications.

• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for IAM projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate support and issue resolution for IAM systems across development, test, and production environments.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve access request, provisioning, de-provisioning, and

recertification processes.

• Evaluate, implement, and integrate industry-leading IAM solutions such as Saviynt and SailPoint where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.
• Maintain and improve platform reliability, security, and performance across Unix, Linux, and

Windows environments.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in developing and supporting IAM/IGA platforms using:
• Core Java, Spring, Struts, TomEE
• Oracle DB, SQL development and optimization
• Unix/Linux shell scripting and system administration
• Windows Server management
• Solid understanding of IAM principles, RBAC, ABAC, provisioning workflows, and directory

services (LDAP, AD).

• Experience in working with SaaS-based IGA platforms like Saviynt and SailPoint.
• Demonstrated expertise in SDLC principles and agile project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex security and identity challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong working experience in agile methodologies.
• Experience in working with Tools like ServiceNow, CMDB, ZScaler, GitLab, Ansible, Grafana,

Spring boot etc

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or SailPoint/Saviynt certifications would be

preferable.

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry would be preferable.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools would be an advantage
