About the role:


Head of Human Resources


Responsibilities:


  • Partnered with Snapmint’s executive leadership team to align people strategy with business objectives, delivering workforce insights and market intelligence that shaped strategic decisions, drove organizational alignment, and supported long-term growth.
  • Designed and executed an end-to-end talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, embedding workforce agility to respond to evolving market and industry demands.
  • Defined and institutionalized a standardized HR framework across multiple geographies, functions, and business entities, ensuring consistency in people practices and cultural alignment.
  • Led talent acquisition, structured onboarding programs, and strategic workforce planning across all regional offices, ensuring optimal staffing, skill alignment, and time-to-hire efficiency.
  • Built robust talent management systems, leadership development programs, and succession pipelines to ensure business continuity and strengthen organizational leadership capability.
  • Ensured strict compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies, while fostering a transparent and ethical workplace environment.
  • Developed, implemented, and embedded core organizational values and culture-building programs to strengthen employee belonging, engagement, and alignment with company vision.
  • Rolled out structured engagement frameworks that improved employee satisfaction, boosted productivity, and reduced attrition rates, supported by regular feedback and action planning.
  • Implemented data-driven performance management systems with clear KPIs, OKRs, and continuous feedback mechanisms, fostering accountability and high performance.
  • Oversaw HRIS implementation, advanced analytics, and process automation to enhance efficiency, enable data-backed decision-making, and deliver a superior employee experience.


Qualification required:


  • Master’s degree with 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across SaaS, product, IT services, digital, or e-commerce sectors.

  • Expertise in HR strategy, OD, talent management, performance systems, and L&D.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, leadership development, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills


Location: Mumbai (Vidyavihar)


Working days : 5 days & Alternate Sat working
