Job Title: VP – Finance

About the Role:
GoldenBridge Search has partnered with a very well funded SaaS platform to hire a strategic and hands-on VP – Finance to lead financial strategy, optimize performance, and enable data-backed decision-making across the organization. This leader will play a critical role in scaling financial operations, strengthening governance, and partnering closely with leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams to fuel sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Lead financial strategy, FP&A, investor relations, and board reporting for a fast-scaling SaaS business.
2. Drive pricing strategy, margin optimization, and cash flow management to enable sustainable growth.
3. Own budgeting, forecasting, and governance frameworks ensuring agility and financial discipline.
4. Ensure full compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606 standards, with strong audit and control processes.
5. Spearhead financial automation, process excellence, and real-time reporting capabilities.
Key Requirements -
1. 12-18 years of experience with a blend of Big 4 consulting and SaaS industry background is mandatory.
2. Proven track record in fundraising, financial transformation, and business partnering with leadership teams.
3. CA qualification is a must.
