As we continue to scale across major cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, we are building a high-performing team passionate about customer experience and operational excellence. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our store team. The successful candidate will manage all HR-related activities at the store level, including payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and support functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, hands-on, and capable of independently managing HR operations in a dynamic, customer-facing retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding) Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to support store operations Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution Oversee payroll operations and ensure timely processing and statutory compliance Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to store leadership Collaborate with corporate HR and business stakeholders Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies Lead and support training, induction, and documentation processes Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement at the store level Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team setting Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance standards Proficiency with HR software and systems (HRMS/Payroll platforms) Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in FMCG, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, or D2C sectors) Proven track record in an HR Generalist role with exposure to multiple HR functions Show more Show less
