Job Title: Product Manager – Payments & Product Analytics Location: Chennai Experience: 2–5 years Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA About the Role: Goldenbridge Search has been mandated to hire a high-impact Product Manager to lead and scale the payments infrastructure and analytical capabilities for a very well funded investment platform. You will play a critical role in shaping how customers transact on our platform—ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable payment experiences while leveraging data to guide strategic decisions across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Own the Payments Experience: Drive end-to-end product strategy and execution for payment gateway integrations (UPI, Netbanking, cards, mandate-based transactions). Improve success rates, reduce drop-offs, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory norms (RBI/SEBI). Optimize retry logic, latency, and reconciliation flows across instruments. Product Analytics & Insight Generation: Set up metrics frameworks and dashboards to monitor product health, usage patterns, and funnel performance. Collaborate with BI/engineering teams to define and track core KPIs (e.g., transaction success rate, NPS, time to first transaction). Drive A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer journey analysis to improve user engagement and retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and customer support teams to translate customer pain points into scalable solutions. Partner with marketing and business teams to drive adoption and conversions. Stakeholder Management: Engage with payment gateway partners, aggregators, and third-party vendors to ensure SLAs, new feature rollouts, and uptime targets are met. Requirements: 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fintech, digital payments, or B2C product environment. Strong understanding of payment flows, payment gateway integrations, and transaction lifecycle. Hands-on experience with tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or equivalent for product analytics. Strong data instincts—comfortable working with SQL and spreadsheets to derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven with a bias for action and experimentation. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in regulated industries like wealthtech, lending, or insurance. Exposure to mandates (eNACH, UPI AutoPay) and recurring payments. Engineering or analytical background (CS, Stats, Math, or related fields). Why Join Us?
