Job Title: Tourist Visa Officer Location: Vagmi Journey Pvt Ltd., Okhla Reporting To: Branch Head Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: Expert in Australia, Canada, Korea, Japan, Schengen, USA, UK, and China Visa Processes | Specializing in Streamlined Immigration & Exceptional Client Support. The Tourist Visa Officer plays a critical role in processing and evaluating visa applications, ensuring full compliance with immigration laws and policies. This position requires strong documentation skills, decision-making abilities, and the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in applicant interaction and assessment. Key Responsibilities: Review and assess tourist visa applications for countries including Australia, Canada, Korea, Japan, Schengen states, USA, UK, and China. Conduct applicant interviews (in-person and virtual) to validate purpose of travel, financial readiness, and return intent. Verify documentation including passports, financial statements, employment proofs, and itineraries. Make informed decisions on visa approval or rejection in line with immigration laws and company guidelines. Respond to applicant inquiries and provide step-by-step guidance on visa requirements and processing timelines. Maintain accurate and secure digital records of all applications and applicant data. Detect fraud or document inconsistencies and report suspicious cases through proper channels. Stay updated on immigration law changes and bilateral visa agreements. Generate reports for management on application trends, approval/rejection rates, and identified risks. B2B & Business Development Responsibilities: Tie-up with B2B Agents: Identify and build partnerships with travel agents, study abroad consultants, and corporate travel coordinators. Cold Calling: Actively engage in cold calling to generate leads, introduce Vagmi Journey's visa services, and convert potential B2B clients. Sales Pitching: Present customized visa service packages to B2B clients based on their business volume and travel needs. Follow-ups & Lead Management: Maintain a structured CRM to track leads, follow up, and convert prospects into business partners. Revenue Generation: Drive visa application volume and business growth through consistent B2B outreach. Networking: Attend relevant trade shows, travel expos, or immigration fairs to build the brand and secure new leads. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (any discipline). Prior experience(Minimum 1 year) in immigration services, embassy/consular operations, or visa consulting (preferred). Deep knowledge of visa processes across key destinations. Strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visa management systems. High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Work Conditions: Location: Office-based at Vagmi Journey Pvt Ltd., Okhla. Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) – Subject to company policy.
