Key Responsibilities

• Manage visa applications for US, UK, Schengen, and Dubai.
• Guide clients on required documentation and embassy/consulate processes.
• Verify documents, ensure accuracy, and prepare files as per embassy guidelines.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for application submission.
• Track applications, follow up with authorities, and keep clients updated.
• Stay updated on changing visa rules and procedures.
• Maintain proper records of applications and ensure timely processing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in handling US, UK, Schengen, and Dubai visa applications.
• Strong knowledge of documentation and embassy requirements.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills to handle clients.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
