Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Officer located in Kochi. The Visa Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, addressing immigration issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Daily tasks include providing detailed information and guidance on visa requirements, reviewing and processing visa applications, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Visas and Immigration Issues
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar capacity is mandatorily needed
• Bachelor's degree
