Role Overview

Vice President (VP) – Marketing & Growth

leadership role

go-to-market (GTM)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Market Development

  • Design and execute

    GTM strategies

    across India, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Identify and develop

    new markets, verticals, and partnership ecosystems.

  • Define growth KPIs, pricing strategies, and playbooks per product and geography.
  • Align marketing, sales, and product roadmaps for long-term global expansion.

2. Marketing Leadership

  • Lead

    branding, digital marketing, and content strategy

    across all platforms.
  • Build a unified and strong

    brand identity

    for IndaPoint and its AI product ecosystem.
  • Manage

    multi-channel campaigns

    (LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, PR, content, events).
  • Optimize marketing ROI, budget utilization, and funnel performance.

3. Sales & Partnership Enablement

  • Lead

    sales planning, target setting, and business development initiatives.

  • Build and mentor a

    sales and partnerships team

    across multiple regions.
  • Develop

    strategic alliances

    with agencies, distributors, and enterprise clients.
  • Oversee CRM management, sales forecasting, and reporting frameworks.

4. Data-Driven Growth & Insights

  • Implement

    analytics and automation frameworks

    (HubSpot, Zoho, GA4, etc.).
  • Monitor CAC, LTV, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and campaign ROI.
  • Drive data-backed decision making using dashboards and growth experiments.

5. Leadership & Culture

  • Build and nurture a

    cross-functional team

    (digital, content, growth, sales).
  • Collaborate directly with the

    Founder & CEO

    on strategy and global expansion.
  • Represent IndaPoint in

    international events, conferences, and client forums.

  • Foster a culture of

    innovation, performance, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 10–20 years

    of experience in marketing, sales, or growth leadership (preferably in tech/SaaS/AI).
  • Proven success in

    scaling technology or digital businesses

    globally.
  • Expertise in

    digital marketing, brand management, and GTM execution.

  • Strong understanding of

    data analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • MBA or equivalent experience in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Growth preferred.

Performance Indicators

  • Global revenue growth and market expansion success.
  • Marketing ROI, CAC/LTV ratio, and conversion rates.
  • Lead-to-deal conversion and pipeline value.
  • Brand awareness, visibility, and engagement metrics.
  • Growth in partnerships and client acquisition.
