Job Description

About the Client:

Our client is a leading midmarket investment bank with strong practices around M&A, PE, Capital Markets, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Insurance Broking, and Portfolio Management Services and AIF.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Driving Sales Across B2B and B2C Channels: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue through both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Managing and Expanding Distribution Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key distribution partners, including banks, national distributors, and independent advisory firms (IAFs). Focus on expanding existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Generate sales in line with targets set through a strategic mix of external channel partners, internal sales teams, and direct client interactions.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and gather competitor insights to shape sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and allocate resources effectively to optimize sales performance, ensuring that teams are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinating with Investment Teams: Work closely with investment teams to facilitate client interactions, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange for smooth decision-making.
  • Ensuring Smooth Operations: Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless communication and functioning between the sales department and operational teams.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations related to all channel partners, including distributors and clients, to mitigate risk and uphold company standards.

Role Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Great command over English & Regional Languages
  • Experience 8 to 12 years, preferably in PMS / AIF
  • Certified NISM-Series-XXI-A
