As a UX Designer, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft solutions that are functional, delightful, and aligned with business goals. - Key Responsibilities Facilitate UX/UI design efforts across web and mobile applications from concept to delivery Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis Translate user needs and business objectives into creative, intuitive, and functional user experiences Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs Familiarity with design systems and component libraries Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure smooth implementation Advocate for design thinking and user-centered practices within cross-functional teams Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and evolving requirements Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices - Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products (Preferably with experience in SaaS, B2B or B2C platforms, and exposure to Healthcare or TPRM domains) Proficiency in design and wireframing tools like Figma, Sketch or similar Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches Strong understanding of usability principles, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience working in agile development environments Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders - Preferred Qualifications Prior experience designing for AI-powered or data-driven applications UX/UI Design course certification is a plus Strong storytelling and problem-solving skills
