Job Description

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and a passion for AI-driven innovation. This role will partner with our AI product, delivery, and sales teams to help identify, define, and implement use-case driven AI solutions in the supply chain domain. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive solution design, delivery, and adoption. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify AI use cases across the supply chain (planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, etc.). Collaborate with pre-sales to define value propositions, write proposals, and support client presentations. Translate client needs into functional specifications, data requirements, and process flows. Work with technical teams to design and validate AI models, insights, and dashboards. Support execution of PoCs and pilot programs, ensuring measurable business outcomes. Conduct functional testing, user training, and documentation. Stay current with SCM industry trends and emerging AI applications. What You Bring 8+ years of experience in SCM transformation, consulting, or ERP solutioning roles. Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes across industries like manufacturing, retail, or logistics. Prior exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain or digital transformation programs. Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product). Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex solutions simply. Bonus: Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, or planning tools like Kinaxis/JDA.
