The ideal candidate will have over seven years of hands-on experience in QA, a proven ability to work with Salesforce platforms, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. This role requires someone proactive, a quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Identify, log, and track defects and drive issues to resolution. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Document test results, create quality metrics, and provide feedback to enhance application usability and performance. Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of QA experience with a focus on the Salesforce ecosystem. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and workflows. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, TestNG). • Familiarity with API testing and data validation in Salesforce. • Proficient in using Azure DevOps, JIRA.
