Job Description

As a Sales Director at Real Time Data Services (RTDS), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth in the cloud sales segment. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and foster growth in the cloud sales segment. - Leading and managing a team of sales professionals, offering guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their performance and effectiveness. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, such as strategic partnerships and alliances, to expand market reach. - Building strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions. - Monitoring market trends and competitive activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Required Skills: - Proven success in sales leadership roles, particularly in cloud services or related technology solutions. - Strong understanding of the cloud market landscape, including key players, trends, and technologies. - Excellent leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. - Strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute sales plans based on data-driven decisions. - Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - 20-30 years of total work experience, with 8-10 years in leadership positions. - Experience in building and leading large sales teams and managing senior stakeholders. - An MBA from a Tier-1 institute is preferred. - Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. - Deep understanding of the SMB market and its dynamics.
