Your expertise in risk management policies and quantitative modeling approaches will be essential in developing, implementing, and administering programs within the Risk Management function. To excel in this role, you should have a college or university degree and relevant work experience, with an advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, or economics preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with technical knowledge in systems such as R, Python, PowerBI, Latex, and R Shiny. Prior leadership experience in a risk measurement capacity is advantageous, as is a deep understanding of operational risk management and regulatory frameworks like Basel and CCAR.
