Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
l Develop and implement zonal-level B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
l Forecast sales volumes, analyze trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
l Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers / Area Sales Managers.
l Set performance goals, monitor team productivity, and provide regular coaching and support.l Ensure recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing team members.
  • Channel Development & Partner Management:
l Identify, onboard, and nurture new B2B partners and channel associates.
l Maintain strong relationships with key partners and ensure their consistent performance and satisfaction.
  • Business Growth & Target Achievement:
l Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective partner engagement and channel expansion.
l Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone.
  • Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking:
l Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
l Provide strategic insights and suggest corrective actions to remain competitive.
  • Compliance & Operational Excellence:
l Ensure adherence to company policies, business processes, and statutory requirements.
l Maintain transparency and compliance in all channel activities and partner dealings.
  • Reporting & MIS:
l Regularly update senior management with performance reports, sales dashboards, and critical insights.

Required Skills & Attributes

l Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, broking, or fintech domainl Strong leadership and team management skillsl Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilitiesl Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindsetl High level of integrity and commitment to compliancel Willingness to travel extensively within the zone

Qualifications

l Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related fieldl 15 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
