Job Description

You are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Management Executive to join the Appraisal Management Company (AMC). In this critical role, you will manage relationships with external appraisers, coordinate appraisal operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include facilitating onboarding of new appraisers, maintaining strong vendor relationships, coordinating appraisal projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and generating reports on vendor performance and industry trends. Your communication and organizational skills will be key in supporting business goals and maintaining high-quality service. - Facilitate the onboarding of new appraisers by completing necessary documentation and agreements. - Act as the main point of contact for vendors, providing updates, answering queries, and addressing concerns promptly. - Build and maintain strong relationships with appraisers to ensure consistency and reliability. - Provide vendors with updates and training on compliance requirements, appraisal regulations, and procedural changes. - Allocate appraisal projects to vendors based on geography, expertise, and client specifications. - Monitor the progress of appraisal assignments to ensure timely delivery. - Review and validate appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. - Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address delays or discrepancies during the appraisal process. - Ensure vendors operate in accordance with state and federal regulations, including USPAP standards. - Maintain detailed records of contracts, communication, and appraisal reports for auditing and compliance. - Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to vendors. - Generate reports on vendor performance, project timelines, and other KPIs for internal use and client reporting. - Analyze feedback from vendors and clients to identify areas for service improvement. - Conduct analysis to track industry trends and enhance vendor operations. - Coordinate with compliance, IT, and finance teams to streamline vendor operations. - Mentor junior team members on best practices in vendor management. - Recommend and implement improvements to vendor management processes for increased efficiency and service quality. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Vendor Management, or related field. - 03 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the real estate or appraisal industry. - Strong understanding of vendor compliance and appraisal regulations. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using data to generate insights and reports. - High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.,
