Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or related postgraduate qualification is a plus. Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in hospitality or vacation rental management. Proven experience in managing multiple properties and leading large teams. Skills Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of property management systems (PMS), channel managers, and OTAs. Ability to work under pressure and meet financial and operational targets. Preferred Attributes Experience in luxury holiday homes or boutique resort management. Knowledge of local regulations related to short-term rentals and hospitality. Multilingual capabilities are a plus. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of automation and smart-home integration.
