Operations Manager

As a Project Material Procurement Specialist, your role will involve coordinating various aspects of the procurement process to ensure the smooth running of projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and onboarding new vendors to expand the supplier base - Inviting competitive quotations and offers from vendors for project materials - Conducting negotiations and technical discussions with vendors to secure favorable terms - Searching for relevant tenders to source materials required for projects - Coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion - Attending client meetings to discuss project requirements and updates - Coordinating with clients for ongoing project works - Liaising with clients to address any concerns or issues - Coordinating with vendors for timely delivery of materials - Checking and finalizing technical bids and letters for project approval - Obtaining document approvals from the client for project execution In addition to your core responsibilities, the company is located in Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad, and operates from Monday to Saturday with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm.
