Fire Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, smoke detectors, fire alarms, sprinklers, etc.). Ensure fire exits and evacuation routes are unobstructed and properly marked. Maintain proper documentation of all fire safety certificates and AMC records. Emergency Preparedness & ERT (Emergency Response Team): Lead the mall’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) and train team members regularly. Organize mock fire drills and evacuation exercises as per schedule. Coordinate with local fire department and emergency services for drills and real-time incidents. Training & Awareness: Conduct fire safety training for security staff, housekeeping, retail staff, and tenants. Display and maintain fire safety signage and emergency contact lists across the mall. System Maintenance & Coordination: Monitor BMS (Building Management System) related to fire alarms and safety devices. Coordinate with maintenance vendors for timely repair or replacement of fire safety systems. Regulatory & Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with Fire Department regulations and Safety Norms as per National Building Code (NBC) and local authorities. Assist during inspections by government authorities and ensure timely renewal of fire NOC. Reporting: Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on fire system status, incidents, and audit findings to the Operations Manager. Log any incidents, system faults, or safety observations in a formal register Qualifications: Diploma or Certification in Fire & Industrial Safety or Fire Engineering. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Marketing Manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) Track trends, monitor analytics, and optimize content for performance and engagement. Manage social media campaigns to drive footfall and tenant visibility Coordinate with digital media and creative agencies for content and performance marketing.
