Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity. Good listening and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge – MS Office / CRM usage preferred. Fluent in English ( Knowledge of additional foreign languages such as French, Spanish, or Arabic will be an added advantage ).
