Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and services.
  • Manage procurement, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Oversee logistics, dispatches, and inventory records.
  • Handle facility upkeep, AMC renewals, and vendor payments.
  • Organize travel, events, and admin documentation.
  • Occasional travel to vendor locations or company branches may be required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate with 2 - 3 years of experience in Admin/Logistics.
  • Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, good communication and negotiation skills.
