Role & responsibilities Manage student admissions from enquiry to enrollment Counsel students & parents regarding course details, career paths, and learning outcomes Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into admissions Close admissions and ensure batches are filled on time Maintain student records, attendance, batch schedules, and reports Coordinate with trainers for batch planning, assessments & feedback Manage course documentation, certification & student database Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners & IT companies Organize placement drives, interviews, mock interviews & resume sessions Track placement progress and prepare placement reports Guide students on career preparation, LinkedIn profile, resume writing Preferred candidate profile Masters Degree required Minimum 3 years of experience in Admissions / Training Institute / Ed-Tech / HR / Placement / Counseling Strong communication & student counseling skills Good networking skills for corporate placement partnerships Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace & basic reporting Walk-in details: Time : 09.30 AM to 05.00 PM Date : 03.11.2025 to 15.11.2025 Address : Velava Foundation, 2nd floor, Maestro building, SP Garden, Sathy road, Kappikadai, Coimbatore - 641035 Contact - 86376 15560
