Role Overview: As an Associate Operations Manager at Byteseal, you will work at the intersection of hardware, software, logistics, and customer experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly while optimizing resources. You'll actively collaborate with suppliers, vendors, the assembly team, logistics partners, customer support staff, and software developers to drive efficiency, solve challenges, and ensure seamless coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination: - Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. - Optimize procurement strategies to balance cost, quality, and speed. - Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms. - Production & Assembly Oversight: - Ensure the assembly team has everything they need to build high-quality products on time. - Troubleshoot production challenges and streamline workflows. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient resource utilization. - Logistics & Delivery Optimization: - Partner with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. - Track shipments, resolve delays, and enhance supply chain efficiency. - Work on strategies to minimize shipping costs while improving delivery speed. - Software Development & Integration Support: - Collaborate with software developers to ensure smooth integration of software with hardware products. - Provide real-world insights to the tech team based on supply chain, production, and customer feedback. - Help prioritize software updates that impact operations. - Customer Support & Service Enhancement: - Work closely with customer support teams to resolve operational issues quickly. - Analyze customer feedback to identify process improvements. - Ensure after-sales support and service requests are handled efficiently. - Cross-Team Collaboration & Process Improvement: - Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving. - Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements. - Maintain clear documentation and reporting to track progress and KPIs. Qualifications Required: - A Go-Getter Attitude - Detail-Oriented Mindset - Excellent Communication Skills - Problem-Solving Skills - Analytical Thinking - Flexibility & Adaptability Preferred Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or project management. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics tools, or inventory management software is a plus. - Experience in both hardware and software operations is an added advantage but not mandatory.,
