About The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the Fintech industry and proven expertise in managing financial operations for a listed company. The CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and creating long-term shareholder value.

  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure cost management and ROI on strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Reporting & Performance Management:
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Analyze key metrics (Working Capital, D/E Ratio, Gross Margin, Revenue Growth).
  • Drive dashboard adoption for decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Automate financial processes and reporting.
  • Improve AP/AR efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Implement proactive alerts for financial risks.
  • Risk & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen internal controls and minimize audit findings.
  • Proactively mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Capital Allocation & Investor Relations:
  • Optimize returns on capital investments.
  • Build strong investor relationships with transparency.
  • Drive shareholder value growth (EPS, TSR).
  • Leadership & Communication:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Collaborate across departments for financial success.
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and the board.
