About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and user-obsessed UX Designer who can transform complex data and workflows into simple, intuitive, and visually compelling product experiences. The person will operate across the full design lifecycle — from discovery and ideation to prototyping and delivery — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality B2B product interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
The person will:
- Design seamless, data-rich user experiences across core product capabilities.
- Translate technical and business requirements into clear, accessible UI solutions.
- Develop well-structured wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with Product Managers to uncover user needs and define design goals.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect front-end implementation.
- Uphold design consistency through scalable systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Participate actively in design reviews, user testing, and iterative product improvements.
- Communicate design decisions effectively while championing user-centric thinking.
Required Qualifications:
The person must have:
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design for SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise using tools such as Figma for end-to-end design workflows.
- A strong understanding of responsive layouts and component-based front-end development.
- Experience collaborating with engineers using frameworks such as React.js.
- Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces, personalization, or data visualization concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing intuitive problem-solving and design craftsmanship.

- Aumni, established in 2016, is a Software Services Company that partners with Product companies to build and manage their dedicated teams in India.
- So, while you are working for a services company, you are working within a product team and growing with them.
- These are not projects but product development, and we have long term (open ended) contracts with our clients. When our clients sign up with us, they are looking at a multi-year relationship. Most of our clients have been with 6,8,9 years.
