About the Role:

UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the requirements and creating web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in communication design, graphic design, and typography.
• Applying user-centered design processes to create high-quality user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Communicate design/Information Architecture/Usability concepts to implement in the designs and communicate to the team/client.
• Very good understanding of design guidelines provided by different platforms like iOS, Android and Web.
• Collaborate with marketing team for branding of the company in digital media e.g. banners, slides, etc.
• Understanding of correct colouring, resolutions, web and print difference.
• Understanding of the latest technologies used for designs.
• Understanding of wireframes & mockup applications.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual designs meet user experience goals.
• Work closely with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product usability.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in user interface design for Web and Mobile (Android, iPhone, iPad, Web).
• Expert in UX design tools such as

  Figma, Sketch

  etc.
• Strong understanding of

  user-centered design principles

  and

  design thinking

  methodology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to design layouts, branding guidelines, User Interface.
• Excellent hands-on skills to design with an eye for detail.
• Must have a portfolio of past work.
• Must have creative thinking and visualization skills while considering software userflow.
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Must have good communication, time-management and team spirit to collaborate with various stakeholders and manage deliverables of the project.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
