Job Responsibilities Identify and evaluate projects on Upwork that fit our screening criteria Review the requirements and place proposals Respond to messages received on placed proposals and take discovery calls Collaborate with the technical and delivery team for the next round of discussion if required Build a strong pipeline and win projects, and manage the CRM Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience as a business analyst or in a sales role as a bid manager Proven experience and track record of winning quality, high-ticket projects from Upwork Excellent English communication and writing skills Experienced in preparing detailed proposal documents and SoW Must be comfortable working in night shift
