Required Skills: Expertise in (information architecture) organizing and structuring content to create intuitive navigation and user flows. Ability to conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights. Strong communication skills to work effectively with developers, project managers, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Figma. Experience in designing for multiple platforms and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Able to work in a diverse team. Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role. Bonus Skills (Nice to have): Experience working in Supply Chain or Distribution Centers. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
