We are seeking a UX Designer to join our India team. This role focuses on crafting intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences across B2B operation dashboard, customer-facing web platform and Drive mobile app. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design solutions that simplify complex workflows, improve usability, and deliver value to end-users.


The ideal candidate has proven experience collaborating with US-based onshore teams and is highly familiar with the onshore/offshore delivery model, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and alignment across global stakeholders. Along with deep e-commerce expertise and strong design execution skills, you will bring a customer-first mindset to everything you design.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design for B2B dashboard, and Drive mobile app.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research, Business) to define requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate design decisions and uncover user insights.
  • Leverage research tools to analyze findings and improve the user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Lead bi-weekly design sprints, driving ideation, rapid prototyping, and validation cycles to accelerate product delivery.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing guidance and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and design system consistency.
  • Advocate for users while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.


Education & Key Skills Required:

  • 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile apps, web platforms, and dashboard interfaces.
  • Proven track record in designing intuitive and engaging mobile native applications for both iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with usability testing, interviews, and research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, etc.).
  • Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles through leading various projects that involved usability testing, implementing accessibility standards, and ensuring responsive design across multiple platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver high-quality design outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
